Autonomous Underwater Vechicle (AUV)
Søens Tech is developing SHADOWFIN, an advanced Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) for detecting and engaging (attacking) primarily submarines, as well as other targets such as frigates and infrastructure. The vessel integrates advanced technology like AI for autonomous control. Shadowfin can carry torpedoes like MU90. Shadowfin is designed to operate in complex waters and with it's long range it can patrol and protect parts of the North Atlantic such as the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and the Arctic.
